CoinPicker reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Service Description
CoinPicker provides automated cryptocurrency trading bot software that connects to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges via API. The service includes:
- Automated trading strategies (Momentum, DCA, Grid, Infinity)
- Exchange API integration
- Portfolio tracking and analytics
- Risk management tools
- Web3 wallet integration for funding
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of CoinPicker, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Only create API keys with "Read" and "Trade" permissions (never "Withdraw")
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for illegal activities or market manipulation
- Accept full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes
4. Risk Acknowledgment
IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. By using CoinPicker, you acknowledge that:
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
- Automated trading bots can experience technical failures
- Stop-loss mechanisms may not always execute at desired prices
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
Only invest what you can afford to lose.
5. Fees and Payments
Free Plan: No monthly fee. 2% profit sharing on realized gains (you keep 98%).
Premium Plan: $29/month. No profit sharing (you keep 100% of profits).
Fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- CoinPicker provides the service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee profits or specific trading outcomes
- We are not liable for trading losses or missed opportunities
- We are not liable for exchange downtime, API failures, or connectivity issues
- Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for unauthorized access to your exchange accounts
7. Not Financial Advice
CoinPicker is a software tool, not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or personalized financial guidance.
All trading decisions are your own. Consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
8. Data and API Security
CoinPicker takes security seriously:
- API credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption
- We never request "Withdraw" permissions on API keys
- Your funds remain in your exchange accounts at all times
- We do not store sensitive financial information
- However, you are responsible for securing your account access
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse or misuse the service
- Fail to pay required fees
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
10. Intellectual Property
All CoinPicker software, algorithms, branding, and content are proprietary and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software without explicit written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
